Salt of the Earth (Discipleship Groups)

This is where we come together to share community with a small group of people practicing the principles: Upward, Inward, Outward, and Forward.

Upward: practicing our relationship with God through

• Worship—singing contemporary songs to God
• Word—reading & applying God’s word to our lives
• Prayer—talking & listening to God
• Personal devotion—spending time with God each day

Inward: practicing community through

• Relationships
• Fellowship
• Accountability

Outward: sharing God’s love through

• Our lives
• Our fellowship
• Outreach

Forward: teaching others how to follow God through

• Living life together
• Christ-centered friendships
• Discipleship relationships

Our Discipleship Groups meet in homes & have anywhere between 5-12 people in them. The Discipleship Groups last about 11/2 hrs. Anyone is invited.

Here’s what you can expect to find when you show up:
Welcome—Snacks, hangout time, & Icebreaker (What is your name & favorite movie)
Worship—Singing upbeat worship together (We all have song sheets with words)
Word—A time that we read the Bible & consider how to apply it to our lives
Witness—Here’s where we pray for each other, those we love, and those God has placed in our lives.
